Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Control Zed, we provide ready-made website templates that are delivered digitally after purchase. As these are digital products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order has been completed and delivered. Customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds for Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

In the event of a duplicate payment or a technical error resulting in an incorrect charge, we will review the case and initiate a refund for the duplicate amount. Refunds in such cases will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to the customer’s original payment method.

Cancellations

Since our products are delivered digitally and immediately after purchase, order cancellations are not applicable once payment is successfully made.
